本研究使用了作者为综合评价不同来源的天然含金硫化矿的浮选性质、电物理特性及结晶化学特征而专门制定的一个先进方法。使用X射线相分析和光谱分析、电位法、紫外和红外光谱法、计算机图象分析及计算机模拟技术等方法进行了矿物的元素成分、悬浮液中液相的离子 -分子组成、硫化物的表面性质及不同浮选药剂吸附形式的鉴定。阐明了复杂矿石加工中矿物表面上形成疏水巯基捕收剂层对类质同象杂质的作用。根据天然含金硫化矿晶体的非化学计量特征 ,测定了表征不同来源的黄铁矿中的Fe∶S比例可变性的一些参数。使用对试验数据格式化和线性近似的先进方法来确定许多矿床的黄铁矿中杂质含量、电物理特性、非化学计量和可浮性之间的定量关系。揭示了硫化矿物中存在的杂质形式对浮选临界pH值的影响及其向更碱性方向移动的趋势。对成分可变的含金硫化矿的加工特性所预测的评价准则给出了一个理论证明。研制了新的浮选药剂和先进的药剂制度 ,从而有助于对比不同含金硫化矿的加工特性 ,从而改进其分选选择性。分析了使用短链二硫代氨基甲酸盐及芳基三硫代碳酸盐与氧烷基硫化物的混合物时获得的含贵金属的Fe和As硫化物选择性浮选的机理。
This study uses an advanced method developed specifically by the authors for the purpose of comprehensively evaluating the flotation properties, electrical physicochemical properties and crystallographic characteristics of natural gold ores from different sources. The elemental composition of the minerals, the ion-molecular composition of the liquid phase in the suspension, the surface of the sulphide, and the surface of the sulphide were investigated using X-ray phase analysis and spectral analysis, potentiometry, UV and IR spectroscopy, computer image analysis and computer simulation techniques, Nature and identification of different flotation reagents adsorbed forms. The effect of formation of hydrophobic mercapto-based collector layer on the mineral isomorphism impurities in the complex ore processing is clarified. Based on the non-stoichiometric characteristics of natural gold-bearing sulfide crystals, some parameters characterizing the variability of Fe: S ratios in pyrite from different sources were determined. Advanced methods of formatting and linear approximating experimental data were used to determine the quantitative relationship between impurity content, electrophysical properties, non-stoichiometry and floatability in pyrite from many deposits. The influence of the impurity forms existing in sulphide minerals on the critical pH value of flotation and its tendency to move towards a more basic direction are revealed. A theoretical proof is given for the evaluation criteria predicted by the processing characteristics of variable gold sulphide ore. The development of new flotation reagents and advanced pharmaceutical system, which help to compare the processing characteristics of different gold sulphide ore, thereby improving the selectivity of its sorting. The mechanism of selective flotation of noble metal-containing Fe and As sulfides obtained using mixtures of short-chain dithiocarbamates and aryltrithiocarbonates with oxyalkyl sulfides was analyzed.
