现代教学论认为,学生是认识的主体,教学中,教师应充分发挥学生学习的积极性、主动性,促进学生主动学习。特级教师徐斌在教学“万以内数的读法”这节课时,遵循学生的心理发展规律,发挥学生的主体作用,现选取三个教学片段与同仁共赏。【片段1】学习数位顺序表(教师让学生在各自课前准备好的空白卡片纸上分别写上“个、十、百、千、万”等。)
