锻造生产是机械工业中消耗能源的主要工序,也是各工厂内消耗能源的重要工序。据有关方面统计,它约占机械工业总能耗的25%,约占各工厂燃料总消耗量的75%。锻件能耗高的原因,涉及生产结构、设备、工艺、管理和工人操作水平等多方面的问题,所以降低锻造行业的能耗,需要综合治理。本文就个人从事锻造工作中的一些体会,谈谈这些环节的耗能情况与可以采取的节能措施及途径。
Forging production is the main process of energy consumption in the machinery industry, but also an important process of energy consumption in each factory. According to relevant statistics, it accounts for about 25% of the total energy consumption of the machinery industry, accounting for about 75% of the total fuel consumption of each plant. The reason for the high energy consumption of forgings involves many aspects such as production structure, equipment, technology, management and worker’s operation level, so reducing energy consumption in the forging industry requires comprehensive management.
