[目的]研究氯吡嘧磺隆对斑马鱼肝脏中抗氧化酶、ATP酶和Ach E酶活性的影响。[方法]通过化学品半静态式鱼类静态试验研究斑马鱼肝脏中CAT、SOD、GSTs、Na~+K~+、Ca~(2+)Mg~(2+)-ATPase、Ach E酶的活性和MDA含量。[结果]在低浓度处理中,氯吡嘧磺隆对CAT、SOD和GSTs起到诱导作用;高浓度组中氯吡嘧磺隆对CAT、SOD、GSTs、ATPase、Ach E酶均起到抑制作用。[结论]亚致死剂量氯吡嘧磺隆会对斑马鱼肝脏造成损伤。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of cyproterone on the activities of antioxidase, ATPase and Ach E in the liver of zebrafish. [Method] The activities of CAT, SOD, GSTs, Na ~ + K ~ +, Ca ~ (2+) Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase and AchE enzyme in zebrafish liver were studied by semi- Activity and MDA content. [Result] In the low concentration treatment, trimethoprim-sulfamethazine induced CAT, SOD and GSTs, and the high concentration of trimethoprim-sulfamethazine inhibited the activities of CAT, SOD, GSTs, ATPase and AchE effect. [Conclusion] Sublethal dose of trichlorosulfuron could damage the liver of zebrafish.
