目的通过顺铂及伊立替康对人脑胶质瘤细胞系U-87MG进行体外药敏实验,研究其对肿瘤细胞抑制作用的差异。方法采用U-87MG细胞系进行培养、传代,取对数生长期细胞使用10种不同浓度的顺铂、伊立替康进行处理,流式细胞仪检测细胞周期变化,CTG试剂盒检测各组细胞增殖情况。结果顺铂与伊立替康对人脑胶质瘤细胞系U-87MG生长抑制作用在一定范围随药物浓度增加而增强,除100μg/ml浓度组外,各比较之间对细胞生长抑制作用存在着显著差异。结论顺铂与伊立替康对人脑胶质瘤细胞系U-87MG增殖均有明显的抑制作用,且与药物浓度成正相关性,伊立替康杀灭肿瘤细胞的作用优于顺铂。
