我是离休干部,年近八十,患糖尿病已经20余年。2000年又因腰部患病基本上告别了散步等体育锻炼,睡不好、吃不香,高血压、高血脂、冠心病、动脉硬化等糖尿病并发症日趋严重。2006年以来,我从《老同志之友》等杂志中学到一些适合卧床活动的健身动作,经过两年多的运用,综合整理出一套比较系统的卧床健身操,坚持每天上午、下午各做一次,每次40分钟,使我受益匪浅。现
