女性患者,32岁。因发热1周于88年3月9日急诊入院。入院前半年曾查血,白细胞(WBC)血小板正常,血色素85～100g/L,88年2月28日因受凉后出现发热、口腔及肛周感染,肌注安痛定退烧(共用5支,最后一支为入院前一天)。入院时检查:体温39.8℃急性热病容,颌下淋巴结肿大,压痛明显,口腔及下唇多发溃疡,心肺腹无异常,肛门痔核脱出伴感染,Hb86g/L,WBC2.9×
