本文在对医院临床、医技科室进行效益调查及分析的基础上,应用统计指数的方法,将反映医院临床科室,医技科室工作数量和质量的20多个常用指标筛选归类,分四级进行相对化处理 分别计算出工作效率、工作质量、经济收支、医疗费用、资源利用、科技发展等六大评价指数 再利用这6个指数计算出临床科室、医技科室业务和经济评价指数,进而量化为科室综合效益数值,评价其综合效益状况,并计算出各科室的效益奖金或效益工资,文章介绍了各级评价指标及权数的设立和综合效益指数、效益奖金、效益工资的计算方法。认为该方法能够较科学、准确地评价医院临床、医技科室的综合效益,合理计算劳动报酬,对提高医院的科学管理水平和职工积极性具有较好的作用。
