中学生正处于身心发展的关键时期,中学中长跑运动员在训练后如果没有得到及时的消除疲劳,恢复身体机能,将严重的影响学生的身心健康。因此,中学中长跑运动员训练后的恢复,是科学训练并取得优异运动成绩的关键环节。本文从训练过程中的恢复和训练后的恢复两个方面介绍和阐述中学中长跑运动员训练后疲劳恢复的几种有效方法和手段。
Middle school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development. After middle school long-distance runners have not been promptly relieved of fatigue after training, restoring their body functions will seriously affect students’ physical and mental health. Therefore, the recovery of middle and long distance runners after training is a key link in scientifically training and achieving excellent athletic performance. This article introduces and elaborates several effective methods and means of fatigue recovery after training of middle and long distance runners from two aspects: the recovery during training and the recovery after training.
