对1例大便失禁患者采用骶神经调节术治疗,术后6个月随访每日大便2～3次,为成形软便,Wexner失禁评分3分.根据该术式分为临时性刺激器植入阶段和永久性刺激器植入阶段,给予针对性护理措施,尤其敦促患者准确记录排便日记,做好两个阶段并发症观察与护理,可提高治疗效果.
