近年来,我国恰逢铁路行业企业公司改革发展期,国家铁路集团有限公司及其下属的多家铁路局集团公司正在积极推进公司制改革,确保铁路产业逐渐朝市场化经营机制迈进。文章首先阐释了铁路行业公司制改革后运输收入稽查工作现状问题,对所存在的问题进行了分析阐释,最后提出了相关工作对策,希望转变观念、加强铁路财务预算管理、收入分析管理、最终做到对铁路运输工作成本的严格控制,为铁路公司赢得更高经济收益。
