联合国教科文组织“人类口头和非物质遗产代表作”(简称“代表作”)项目自2000年实施以来已走过了6个年头.在全世界已宣布了两批共47项“代表作”。根据规定.每两年宣布一批“代表作”.每个国家每次只能申报一项:鼓励多国联合申报.不受国家名额限制。第三批“代表作”的申报工作已于2004年开始.并于同年10月底结束。我国申报的“新疆木卡姆民族歌舞”.以及与蒙古国联合申报的“蒙古族长调民歌”.已获联合国教科文组织初审通过。2005年11月.国际评委将在教科文组织总部巴黎召开会议.评审已获教科文组织初审通过的候选项目.并向教科文组织总干事推荐建议宣布的第三批“代表作”名单。
UNESCO’s “Representation of the Oral and Intangible Hermit of Mankind” (“Masterpiece”) has been around for six years since it was put into operation in 2000. There are 47 batches of “ Masterpiece ”. According to the regulations, a batch of “masterpieces” are announced every two years, and each country can only declare one at a time: Encouraging joint declaration by many nations is not limited by the number of countries. The declaration of the third batch of “masterpieces” started in 2004 and ended in late October of the same year. China declares “Xinjiang Muqam ethnic song and dance ”, and “Mongolian patriarch tune folk song” jointly declared with Mongolia. It has been approved by UNESCO at first instance. November 2005. International jurors will meet in Paris at UNESCO Headquarters, reviewing candidate projects approved by UNESCO at first instance, and recommending to the Director-General of UNESCO the third proposed list of “proposals” to be announced.
