本文报导了用直流碳弧放电方法制备的多层碳纳米管的拉曼光谱。和HOPG相比,由于碳纳米管的量子尺寸效应和碳纳米管直径的分布,在纯化和未纯化的碳纳米管中均存在E2g模的软化,其红移范围分布在2~13cm1范围内。
This paper reports the Raman spectra of multi-walled carbon nanotubes prepared by DC carbon arc discharge. Compared with HOPG, due to the quantum size effect of carbon nanotubes and the distribution of carbon nanotube diameter, there exists E2g mode softening in the purified and unpurified carbon nanotubes, and the red shift range is distributed in the range of 2-13 cm-1 Inside.
