中药成分十分复杂、最大限度地提出有效成分,去掉无效杂质,制成疗效高、副作用小、质量稳定的制剂,关键是选择最佳制备工艺。肺心Ⅰ号注射液是由丹参、川芎、赤芍、黄芩和五味子等五种中药组成,具有活血化淤,改善血液循环,抗心肌缺血缺氧,消炎,平喘等作用。上述药理作用为多种有效成分综合作用的结果。理化性质各异的活性成分与杂质并存时,很难选择一种溶媒或一种方法,将所有活性成分全部提取出来。为此,采用两种工艺进行比较,通过薄层层析检验,确定以新工艺为佳。

When the physical and chemical properties of the active ingredients and impurities coexist, it is difficult to choose a solvent or a method to extract all the active ingredients. For this purpose, two processes are used for comparison. Through thin layer chromatography inspection, a new process is preferred.
