研究目的:通过全面的经济、技术比选,确定哈尔滨地铁正线接触网的悬挂方案,提高工程质量,节省工程投资。研究方法:通过校验隧道结构尺寸,确定方案的可行性;通过经济、技术比较,确定适合本工程的接触网悬挂方案。研究结果:本工程正线全部为地下线,架空刚性悬挂从悬挂结构、电能损耗、维护维修以及投资方面均占有较明显的优势,各项技术性能满足工程需要。架空刚性悬挂在本工程中采用可以很好的发挥其结构简单、少维护的优势。研究结论:根据研究的结果,推荐哈尔滨地铁一期工程正线采用DC 1 500 V架空刚性悬挂。随着地铁工程技术的不断发展,接触网悬挂形式也在不断的改进和完善,根据不同工程的具体情况和条件,选择相应的接触网悬挂形式,才是提高工程质量降低工程投资的关键。
Research purposes: Through a comprehensive economic and technical comparison and selection, determine the suspension scheme of the positive line catenary of Harbin Metro, improve project quality and save project investment. Research methods: Through the verification of tunnel structure size, determine the feasibility of the program; through economic and technical comparison, to determine the catenary suspension scheme suitable for the project. Research results: The main line of this project is all underground lines. Overhead rigid suspension occupies more obvious advantages in terms of suspension structure, power loss, maintenance and repair, and investment. The technical performance meets the needs of the project. Overhead rigid suspension used in this project can be very good to play its advantages of simple structure, less maintenance. Research conclusions: According to the results of the study, it is recommended that the DC 1 500 V overhead rigid suspension be used on the main line of the first phase of Harbin Metro. With the continuous development of metro engineering technology, the form of catenary suspension is also constantly improving and perfecting. Depending on the specific conditions and conditions of different projects, the choice of corresponding catenary suspension forms is the key to improving project quality and reducing project investment.
