对胜任特征模型的机制探究和实践应用,是公共管理学和组织行为学研究的重要内容之一.目前,国内外对公务员胜任特征已有较丰富的研究成果,但对纪检监察办案人员这个特殊群体的胜任特征研究鲜有涉及.以新疆自治区纪检监察系统办案人员为例,首先从文献分析入手,通过采用重点访谈、工作分析、行为事件访谈、问卷调查、团体焦点访谈等定量分析和实证研究相结合的方法,深入探究纪检监察办案人员的胜任特征及其影响因子,在此基础上建立胜任特征模型并进行信度和效度检验;通过加入“大五类人格”、组织认同和国际智商测试的内容,从人口学变量、个性特征、组织认同、智力水平四个方面探究纪检监察办案人员的胜任特征各影响因子间的相关关系,从而揭示其胜任特征的内在关联性,增强胜任特征理论的实践意义和可操作性.
