为了研究粉煤灰替代细骨料的混凝土的性能,试验研究了不同龄期的粉煤灰替代细骨料的混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、碳化深度和微观结构。结果表明,替代率在0~40%范围内,粉煤灰替代细骨料的混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度随着替代率的增大而增大,而当替代率为50%时,抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度开始有所下降,但是相对于未替代的普通混凝土仍有较大增长;随着替代率的增大,粉煤灰替代细骨料混凝土的碳化深度随之增加,但仍能满足工程要求。
In order to study the performance of fly ash instead of fine aggregate concrete, the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, carbonization depth and microstructure of concrete with different age fly ash instead of fine aggregate were studied. The results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of fly ash instead of fine aggregate increase with the substitution rate when the substitution rate is in the range of 0 ~ 40%.
