通过室内试验与数值模拟相结合的方法研究分析了滴灌管水力特性和管路沿程压力分布。结果表明:滴灌管上的水头损失随着入口压力的增加而增加,但也同时使得管线上沿程相对压力升高,使压力分布更趋均匀。规范中给定的水头损失公式计算值比实测值略大,且二者差距随入口压力的升高而减小。利用文中的简化建模和fluent解算方法能较准确地模拟滴灌管中流场分布。
Through the combination of indoor experiment and numerical simulation, the hydraulic characteristics of drip irrigation pipe and the pressure distribution along the pipeline were analyzed. The results showed that the head loss on drip irrigation pipe increased with the increase of inlet pressure, but at the same time, the relative pressure along the pipeline increased and the pressure distribution became more uniform. The formula given in the formula head loss formula is slightly larger than the measured value, and the gap between the inlet pressure decreases. Using the simplified modeling and the fluent solution method in this paper, we can simulate the flow field distribution in drip irrigation pipe more accurately.
