本人在承担英语泛读教学课程的过程中发现,在各种英语证书和技能考试中,阅读理解所占的题量和分值比重均有所提高,对阅读的速度和效率提出了更高的要求。在各种专业英语的教学大纲中都把泛读定为必修课,其目的就是培养学生的阅读技巧,帮助他们有效的选择和使用最适合完成阅读任务的策略,为提高学生阅读能力提供一个有利的平台。要达到既定的教学目标,教师需要掌握以下几个基本要素:一、真正了解学生的需求,做到“授人以渔”1.学生需求的变化现在的学生对于自己学习英语的动机与以往有所不同,大多数人不再以通过考试为学习目标,他们越来越认识到英语对他们今后的学习和工作的重要
