目的:探讨精神发育迟滞严重程度与评定精神发育迟滞责任能力的关系。方法:运用阿申巴赫儿童行为量表对长春市培智学校120名精神发育迟滞儿童进行行为能力检测,并与60名智力正常儿童进行对比。结果:社会交往能力的比较说明,7~12岁精神发育迟滞儿童的社会交往能力比智力正常的学生低;行为能力检测,除个别因子外,精神发育迟滞学生的行为问题得分比对照组要高。而且7~12岁组男性的违纪因子以及男性和女性的多动差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在13~16岁组中,精神发育迟滞儿童组行为问题各因子分数与智力正常学生的差异项目显著增加。精神发育迟滞儿童男女两组的行为问题总分与智力正常学生的差异也比较明显(P<0.001)。结论:精神发育迟滞儿童的社会交往得分与另外3个因子得分都低于对照组,各年龄性别亚组的社交能力总分、学校情况和社交情况得分与行为问题总分均呈负相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the severity of mental retardation and the responsibility to assess mental retardation. Methods: The Ashenbach Children’s Behavior Scale was used to test the ability of 120 mental retardation children in Changzhi Peizhi school and compared with 60 normal children. Results: The comparison of social intercourse ability shows that children with mental retardation between 7 and 12 years old have lower social intercourse ability than those with normal intelligence. Except for some factors, students with mental retardation score higher than those of control group . In addition, the disciplinary factors and male and female hyperactivity factors in men aged 7-12 years were statistically significant (P <0.05). In the group of 13 to 16 years old, the items of behavior problems in children with mental retardation increased significantly compared with those of normal students. The difference between male and female children with mental retardation in behavioral problems and normal students was also significant (P <0.001). Conclusion: The scores of social interaction and three other factors of children with mental retardation are lower than those of the control group. There is a negative correlation between the total score of social ability, school situation and social situation score and the score of behavioral problems in all age groups.
