本文综述了国内外高应变速率下10~(2~3)秒~(-1))高速变形试验方法和技术及高应变速率下金属流变行为研究我国的进展和现状。文中还概述了我国自行研制的高速形变机的技术性能和主要特点。现代金属压力加工过程,随着新技术的发展和生产的需要,日逐向高速化方向发展。
This paper reviews the high-speed deformation test methods and techniques at high strain rates of 10 ~ (2 ~ 3) s ~ (-1) at home and abroad, and the progress and current status of metal rheological behavior under high strain rates in China. The article also outlines the technical performance and main features of high-speed deformation machine developed by our country. Modern metal pressure processing, with the development of new technologies and the needs of production, Japan gradually toward the direction of high-speed development.
