美国次贷危机影响深远,而美国金融机构人力资源管理机制被破坏应是导致此次危机的重要原因。缺乏职业道德与价值观内容的培训妨碍了牵引机制,年薪制破坏了正常的激励机制,不平衡的绩效考核削弱了约束机制,金降落伞计划则破坏了竞争淘汰机制。人力资源管理机制的失灵使美国金融机构的人力资源无法形成良性的合力,以致在面对企业风险与个人利益时,出现了有损企业的选择。中国的金融机构需要从此次金融危机中吸取教训。
The subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has a far-reaching impact. However, the destruction of the human resources management mechanism in U.S. financial institutions should be an important reason for the crisis. Lack of professional ethics and values of content training hampered the traction mechanism, the annual salary system undermined the normal incentive mechanism, unbalanced performance evaluation weakened the restraint mechanism, the gold parachute plan undermined the competitive elimination mechanism. The failure of the human resources management mechanism has made the human resources of the U.S. financial institutions unable to form a benign joint force, so that in the face of corporate risks and personal interests, there has been a detriment of the choice of enterprises. China’s financial institutions need to learn from the current financial crisis.
