目的：确定中药商陆的最佳采收期以及药用部位。方法：采用硫酸－香草醛比色法测定商陆皂甙的含量，浓硫酸－苯酚比色法测定多糖的含量。结果：皂甙含量，根为６月最高（０．６４％），茎为５月最高（１．５８％），叶为８月最高（６．２４％）；多糖含量，根为５月最高（２１．３０％），茎为５，１０月最高（２．６５％），叶为１１月最高（３．１２％）。结论：商陆类药材在８～１１月份采收比较合理，药用部位除根外，茎和叶也有开发利用价值。 Objective: To determine the optimal harvest time and medicinal site of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: The content of saponin was determined by sulfuric acid-vanillin colorimetry, and the content of polysaccharide was determined by concentrated sulfuric acid-phenol colorimetry. Results: Saponin content was highest in June (0.64%), stem was highest in May (1.58%), leaf was highest in August (6.24%); polysaccharide content, root was highest in May ( 21.30%), stems were highest in May and October (2.65%), and leaves were highest in November (3.12%). Conclusion: Phytolacca extracts are reasonable during the period of 8-11 months. Besides the roots, the stems and leaves are also worthy of development and utilization.
