Objective To investigate the changes of renal dysfunction induced by neonatal asphyxia. Methods 36 neonates with asphyxia were divided into 20 cases of mild asphyxia group and 16 cases of severe asphyxia group according to Apgar 1 min after birth. 20 neonates without asphyxia at birth were selected to detect blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) And urinary microalbumin (m Alb) were measured to analyze the changes of renal injury caused by neonatal asphyxia. Results The levels of urinary Alb and Cr in the neonatal mild asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the level of BUN (P> 0.05). The indicators in severe asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in control group Mild asphyxia group, control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Neonatal asphyxia easily lead to renal damage, m Alb detection has a certain value.
