野战低温储运箱的结构设计紧凑,由于压缩机、冷凝器、控制电路、电池及电源部分置于同一狭小空间内,故散热及风场设计对箱体的可靠性和稳定性至关重要。本文采用FLOEFD流体传热分析软件对箱体散热设计的3种方案进行了仿真分析,详细构建了各种方案的温度场分布,并通过实验验证了仿真结果的正确性。根据仿真分析的结果,采用了最佳的散热设计方案,采用此设计方案的箱体长期运行稳定可靠。
Due to the compact design of the field cryogenic storage tank, the heat dissipation and wind field design are crucial to the reliability and stability of the tank due to the compact compressor, condenser, control circuit, battery and power supply. In this paper, FLOEFD fluid heat transfer analysis software was used to simulate the thermal design of the box, and the temperature field distribution of various schemes was constructed in detail. The correctness of the simulation results was verified by experiments. According to the result of simulation analysis, the best heat dissipation design scheme is adopted. The box with this design scheme is stable and reliable in long-term operation.
