大庆喇嘛甸油田是我国目前开发的最大一个气顶油田。根据本油田储集层的分布特点,确定了油区采用正规的反九点面积井网注水,暂缓开采气顶气;通过调整油、水井的工作制度,实现油、气区压力平衡,维持油气界面相对稳定的开发原则,并制定了相应的射孔原则,建立了气顶动态监测系统。油田开发十四年来,成功地控制了油气互窜。本文就喇嘛甸油田开发过程中,防止油气大量窜流的监测、控制和调整的方法作一总结。并认为随着油区进入高含水开采,地层压力不断上升,使气顶由扩张的趋势变为收缩的趋势,因此,目前的控制、调整工作日益复杂化,应从整体上考虑对气顶的处理方法。

In this paper, we summarize the methods of monitoring, controlling and adjusting the mass flow of oil and gas during the development of Lamadian Oilfield. And believes that as the oil zone moves into high water cut and the pressure of formation increases, the trend of gas cap from expansion to shrinking will be contracted. Therefore, the current control and adjustment work is increasingly complicated, and the overall treatment of the gas cap should be considered method.
