中国加入WTO在即,经济全球化,信息一体化浪潮冲击在所难免。当今时代乃战略制胜时代,一个企业尤其是大型企业集团要想在激烈的市场竞争中取得主动权,就必须高度重视企业战略研究与战略实施工作。山东省兖矿集团有限公司近十年依靠实施科技创新、发展非煤产业和企业制度创新三大发展战略,使该企业从90年代行业一个名不见经传的小字辈发展为今天的行业龙头企业。他们实施“三大战略”的成功实践对于转轨中的中国大型企业特别是能源大型企业有着重要的借鉴意义。
As China joins the WTO, the impact of economic globalization and information integration is inevitable. In today’s era of strategic victory, an enterprise, especially a large-scale enterprise group, must take the strategic research and strategic implementation of the enterprise highly if it wants to take the initiative in the fierce market competition. Yanzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd. in Shandong Province in the past decade rely on the implementation of scientific and technological innovation, development of non-coal industry and enterprise system innovation of the three major development strategies, so that the business from the industry in 90’s little-known little-known development for today’s industry leader. Their successful implementation of the “three major strategies” has an important reference for the large-scale Chinese enterprises in transition, especially large-scale energy enterprises.
