我国中央财政对渔业的投入在改善我国渔业生产的基础条件、推动渔业结构调整、增加渔民收入等方面具有重大意义。本文着重分析了中央财政对渔业投入资金的特点、作用、结构和用途,进而对改进中央财政的渔业支持政策提出若干建议。 China’s central government’s investment in fisheries is of great significance in improving the basic conditions for China’s fishery production, promoting the structural adjustment of fisheries and increasing fishermen’s income. This paper focuses on the analysis of the central government’s investment in fisheries characteristics, role, structure and purpose, and then to improve the central government’s fisheries support policies put forward a number of recommendations.
