CRJ200型飞机装备我部已经十四年之久,已接近联邦航空管理局(FAA)所定义老龄飞机(运行14年以上)的范围。十多年来,通过机务人员的精心维护,现飞机状况保持较好,故障的发生率也控制在可接受的范围内,但较为常见的线路方面的故障已开始显现,应该引起足够的重视,必须提前做好预防和相应的维护保养工作,将线路故障隐患消除在萌芽状态,确保飞机的完好率。本文通过对飞机线路系统故障原因探讨和实际事例印证,在应对的维修及预防方面提出了一些建议和措施,与相关专业人员共同学习。
The CRJ200 has been armed with my department for 14 years and is close to the range of over-14-year-old aircraft as defined by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). For more than a decade, due to the careful maintenance of crew, the condition of the aircraft is better maintained and the incidence of faults is also controlled within an acceptable range. However, failures of the more common lines have begun to take notice and should be given sufficient attention. Must be well in advance to prevent and the corresponding maintenance work, to eliminate the hidden dangers of line failure in the bud to ensure that the aircraft intact rate. Through the discussion of the cause of the fault of the aircraft line system and the confirmation of the actual examples, this article put forward some suggestions and measures in coping with the maintenance and prevention and study together with relevant professionals.
