在有杆泵抽油过程中,因油管弹性伸缩,抽油泵冲程损失达10%以上。在对油管柱进行受力分析后,计算了其伸缩量,并提出用封隔器、机械式油管张力锚和液压式油管锚锚定油管柱,控制油管柱伸缩。这样不仅可以减少冲程损失,提高泵效3%-15%,而且还能改善抽油泵的受力状况,延长泵免修期以及抽油杆和油管的使用寿命。比较3种控制油管伸缩工具,以液压式油管钱控制油管柱伸缩效果最好,操作方便,价格低廉,应大力推广应用。
