提出一种可以高效而精确地获得特定平面上挖掘机水平推压最大距离的方法。基于对正铲液压挖掘机运动学分析并排除挖掘机水平推压时铲斗姿态的盲位盲角,得到挖掘机水平推压的工作范围。利用此工作范围,测量得到在特定水平面上挖掘机水平推压的最大距离。将该最大距离测量值与其他方法测得的数值进行比较,证明了此方法的正确性。此方法为进一步优化挖掘机运动学性能提供了有力的支持。
A method is proposed to obtain the maximum horizontal pushing distance of excavator in a specific plane efficiently and accurately. Based on the kinematics analysis of the shovel hydraulic excavator and the blind position blind angle of the bucket when the excavator horizontal pushing is excluded, the working range of the horizontal pushing of the excavator is obtained. Using this work area, the maximum distance of horizontal excavation on a specific level is measured. The comparison of this maximum distance measurement with the values measured by other methods proves the correctness of this method. This method provides strong support for further optimization of excavator kinematic performance.
