目的探讨预防型抗氟剂(Ⅰ型-1)对在大鼠牙齿中锌、钙、镁、铁、铜含量的影响。方法通过抗氟剂(Ⅰ型-1)干预亚慢性染氟大鼠,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定染氟大鼠牙齿中锌、钙、镁、铁、铜的含量,分析元素含量的变化。结果 4个染氟组与3个氟拮抗组比较,牙齿中锌的含量在高、中、低剂量氟拮抗组均比对应的染氟组高;牙齿骨中钙,镁,铜的含量在高,中,低剂量氟拮抗组中均比对应的染氟组低;而牙齿骨铁的含量在低剂量的氟拮抗组中显著高于对应剂量的染氟组,在高,中剂量的氟拮抗组中低于对应剂量的染氟组。3个氟拮抗组与对照组比较,氟拮抗组中的牙齿骨锌含量亦高于对照组;而氟拮抗组中的牙齿骨钙,镁,铁,铜含量均低于对照组。结论预防型抗氟剂(Ⅰ型-1)可提高锌元素在牙齿中的含量,并降低钙、镁、铁、铜在牙齿中含量。
Objective To investigate the effect of preventive anti-fluoride agent (Ⅰ-1) on the contents of zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron and copper in rat teeth. Methods Fluoride (type Ⅰ - 1) was used to intervene in sub - chronic fluorosis rats. The contents of zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron and copper in dental fluorosis rats were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Compared with the three fluorinated groups, the contents of zinc in the teeth were higher in the four fluoride-exposed groups than those in the fluoride-exposed middle and low-dose fluoride groups. The contents of calcium, magnesium and copper in the teeth were higher , Middle and low doses of fluoride antagonist group were lower than the corresponding fluoride group; while the content of dental iron in the low dose of fluoride antagonist group was significantly higher than the corresponding dose of fluoride group, in high and medium dose of fluorine antagonism Group lower than the corresponding dose of fluoride group. Compared with the control group, the bone fluoride levels in the three fluoride-resistant groups were higher than those in the control group, while the contents of calcium, magnesium, iron and copper in the fluoride-resistant group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Preventive anti-fluoride agent (Ⅰ-1) can increase the content of zinc in the tooth and decrease the content of calcium, magnesium, iron and copper in the tooth.
