近年来,东湖小学与上营坊社区紧密合作,针对青少年的德育问题进行了一些实践探索,初步走出了一条“资源共享、体验导行”的育人之路。一、“闭——开”德育理念的初步确立多年来,东湖小学一贯注重对青少年的思想品德教育,常用的方法是:借助晨会、班会、队会以及学科教学对学生进行德育的灌输和渗透。但随着时间的推移,我们深深地感受到这样做的收效太低。为了提高德育的实效性,学校根据我国著名教育学家陶行知的教育理论:生活即教育,社会即学校,把眼光投向了所属社区上营坊。充分运用该社区作为一个多次获国家、省、市级荣誉称号的先进社区的德育资源,变学校的封闭
