目的观察三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法对58例幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者跟踪治疗,分析临床疗效。结果 58例中愈合36例,显效15例,有效4例,无效3例;阴性48例。发生不良反应6例。治疗有效率为94.7%,根除率为82.7%,症状缓解天数为3～14d。结论三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡,溃疡愈合率高,根除率高,可作为基层医疗单位首选疗法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of triple therapy on Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. Methods 58 cases of Helicobacter pylori-positive patients with peptic ulcer follow-up treatment, analysis of clinical efficacy. Results 58 cases healed in 36 cases, markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 4 cases, 3 cases of ineffective; negative in 48 cases. Adverse reactions occurred in 6 cases. The effective rate of treatment was 94.7%, the eradication rate was 82.7% and the number of days of symptom relief was 3 ~ 14d. Conclusion triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer, ulcer healing rate, eradication rate, can be used as the preferred primary care unit therapy.
