本文扼要回顾了直接检眼镜作直像眼底检查时所以能看到放大的正的眼底形象的成像原理。以此来对比阐明笔者所发现的用直接检眼镜作彻照时,在适当距离,并于检眼镜窥孔中转入+8~+10D镜片即能看到高度近视眼者于瞳孔区呈现被检眼底的倒象,此在光学上为实像,故其形象十分清晰逼真。笔者称此为直接检眼镜的远查法,并从光学理论上讨论了其成像原理及其放大倍率公式,并提出了此检查法的实用价值和意义。
This article briefly reviews the imaging principle of direct ophthalmoscopy as a direct ocular fundus examination so that an enlarged positive fundus image can be seen.
