目的探讨慢性苯接触健康工人TNF--α238及TNF--α308基因的多态性与正常健康人群差异有无显著性。方法用巢式PCR-RFLP方法检测73例苯接触健康工人及87例正常健康人群的TNF--α238及TNF--α308基因的多态性。用卡方检验统计两组人群TNF--α238及TNF--α308基因的多态性差异是否有显著性。结果苯接触组TNF--α238G/G基因型95.9%,A/G基因型4.1%,A/A基因型0%;正常健康组TNF--α238G/G基因型96.6%,A/G基因型3.5%,A/A基因型0%;两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。苯接触组TNF--α308G/G基因型91.8%,A/G基因型8.2%,A/A基因型0%;正常健康组TNF--α308G/G基因型90.8%,A/G基因型9.2%,A/A基因型0%;卡方检验两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论慢性苯接触工人TNF--α238、TNF--α308多态性分布与正常健康人群差异无显著性。
Objective To investigate whether there is a significant difference between the polymorphisms of TNF - α238 and TNF - α308 in healthy workers exposed to benzene over normal healthy subjects. Methods The polymorphisms of TNF - α238 and TNF - α308 in 73 benzene exposed healthy workers and 87 healthy controls were detected by nested PCR - RFLP. The difference of TNF - α238 and TNF - α308 gene polymorphisms in the two groups was statistically analyzed by chi - square test. Results The genotype of TNF - α238G / G in benzene exposure group was 95.9%, the A / G genotype was 4.1%, and the A / A genotype was 0%. The TNF - α238G / G genotype was 96.6% 3.5%, A / A genotype 0%; no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The TNF - α308G / G genotype was 91.8%, the A / G genotype was 8.2%, and the A / A genotype was 0% in the benzene exposure group. The TNF - α308G / G genotype was 90.8% %, A / A genotype 0%; there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The distribution of TNF - α238 and TNF - α308 polymorphisms in workers with chronic benzene exposure has no significant difference with those in normal healthy subjects.
