目的建立快速测定重金属汞离子的方法。方法合成糖基罗丹明荧光探针,在糖基罗丹明荧光探针溶液中加入汞离子,其在583 nm处呈现较强的荧光。结果糖基罗丹明荧光探针可应用于快速检测水溶性媒介中的重金属Hg~(2+),而不受Ca~(2+)、Ba~(2+)、Cd~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Na~+、K~+、Ce~(3+)、Cu~(2+)等离子的干扰。结论所用方法所需样品量和时间均较少,简便易行。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of heavy metal mercury. Methods Glucosyl rhodamine fluorescent probe was synthesized, mercury ion was added to the solution of glycosyl rhodamine probe, which showed strong fluorescence at 583 nm. Results The glycosyl rhodamine fluorescent probe could be applied to the rapid detection of heavy metal Hg 2+ in water-soluble medium without being affected by Ca 2+, Ba 2+, Cd 2+, Co ~ 2 +, Mg 2+, Ni 2+, Zn 2+, Na +, K +, Ce 3+ and Cu 2+ Interference. Conclusion The method used requires less amount of sample and time, simple and easy.
