生活方式的内涵是指人们生活活动的形式,其外延包括人们的物质生活、精神生活、政治生活和社会生活。本文着重研究的是吴江县直机关青年干部在八小时之外的生活活动的情况。这里所指的青年干部是年龄在35周岁以下,从事党政工作的干部。调查采用问卷调查、个案调查、开座谈会、走访部门领导等形式。发出问卷总数为250份,回收经处理后的有效问卷为180份,回收有效率为72％。180名青年干部分布在党群口的组织部、团县委、监察局,农水口的农工部和多管局,政法口的检察院和公安局,文卫口的教育局和计生委,计委口的劳动局、财政局、审计局、物价局、供电局、物资局、城建局、供销社、人民银行、建设银行和石油公司等20个单位。
