建立了符合合成反应详细机制的固定床反应器模型,并对黑液气化合成混合醇联产电力的系统进行流程模拟与物流能流分析;提出不同反应气 CO2含量(YCO 2,tot)下,与燃机发电匹配的合成循环比;分析反应气 CO2含量对合成、发电、公用工程的影响;评价反应气 CO2含量对系统总能利用效率的影响。结果表明:联产系统的合成循环比随YCO 2,tot 增大而减小;根据 YCO 2,tot 对总能利用效率及公用工程消耗的影响,适宜的 YCO 2,tot 可选取1%。“,” A fixed bed reactor modle with K/MoS2 as catalyst was set up to predict the performance of mixed alcohol synthesis. The mass and energy conversion of mixed alcohol and power cogeneration system based on black liquor gasification was simulated and analyzed. The corresponding recirculation ratios were determined, at which points the synthesis tail gas is capable of being used as fuel of gas turbine under the condition of different CO2 contents at reactor inlet. The influence of CO2 content on the performance of synthesis reactor, power generation, utilities consumption and total energy utilization efficiency was studied. Results show that the recirculation ratio increases with the decline of reactant CO2 content. Evaluated by total energy utilization efficiency and utilities consumption, the suitable value of reactant CO2 content is 1%.
