目的研究姜黄属植物的化学成分差异与其分类学的关系。方法对不同来源的34个姜黄属植物样本中姜黄素类成分和挥发油类成分进行了定量分析,建立了基于化学成分分析结果的聚类谱系图。结果化学成分聚类分析表明该34个样本按照不同类别可明显划分为3类,展示了姜黄属不同分类群不同部分不同产地的化学差异及不同分类群的亲缘关系。结论姜黄素类化合物中的姜黄素类成分和挥发油类成分含量可作为姜黄属植物的鉴别及药用的重要参考指标。
Aim To study the relationship between the chemical constituents of Curcuma and its taxonomy. Methods Quantitative analysis of curcumin and volatile oil components in 34 curcumin samples from different origins was carried out. A phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the results of chemical composition analysis. Results The chemical composition cluster analysis showed that the 34 samples could be divided into three categories according to different categories, which showed the chemical differences of different parts of Curcuma and the genetic relationship among different taxa. Conclusion The contents of curcumin and volatile oil in curcuminoids can be used as important references for identification and medicinal purposes of Curcuma.
