随着我国事业单位改革的不断深入,单位内部的人员流动发生了较大的变化。人事档案是事业单位内部人才信息的重要载体,对其有效的利用,能优化人才结构,推动事业单位的发展。本文分析现阶段事业单位人事档案管理中存在的问题,并提出有效解决措施,希望为事业单位人事档案管理工作提供有效的参考。
With the deepening of the reform of public institutions in our country, great changes have taken place in the turnover of personnel within the unit. Personnel files is an important carrier of internal personnel information of institutions, its effective use, can optimize the personnel structure, and promote the development of institutions. This article analyzes the existing problems in the management of personnel files in public institutions, and puts forward effective measures to solve them, hoping to provide an effective reference for personnel files management in public institutions.
