利用病例对照调查法观察与中老年人手OA相关的危险因素,发现与主食种类有关,面粉(OR=3.02)、玉米面(OR=2.41)与大米(OR=0.30)相比,是OA的危险因素。采用前瞻性角度,对三种主食类型农村居民的手OA发病水平进行了调查,证明了主食中T-2毒素含量与居民典型OA检出量之间存在“剂量效应”联系。将T-2毒素按雏鸡体重每公斤100μg计算掺入正常饲料,喂养5周,发现18只中16只雏鸡膝关节软骨出现明显退行性病变,实验还发现,T-2毒素对雏鸡的软骨组织DNA、蛋白质合成有明显抑制作用。据此认为,T-2毒素有可能成为OA发生的致病因子之一。
A case-control survey was used to observe the risk factors associated with hand OA in middle-aged and elderly people. It was found that the risk of OA was associated with the staple food category. Flour (OR = 3.02), cornmeal (OR = 2.41) factor. Using a prospective perspective, the incidence of hand OA among three types of staple food-type rural residents was investigated, and it was proved that there was a “dose-effect” relationship between T-2 toxin content in the staple food and typical OA detection rate among residents. T-2 toxin was added into normal diet according to the body weight of 100 μg per kilogram of body weight of chickens. After feeding for 5 weeks, it was found that there were obvious degenerative lesions of knee cartilage in 16 of 18 chicks. The results also showed that T-2 toxin DNA, protein synthesis has obvious inhibitory effect. Accordingly, T-2 toxin may become one of the causative agents of OA.
