自的探讨糖尿病(DM)运动神经中枢及神经根、周围神经功能。方法应用经皮层、脊髓电刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)对50例DM进行观察。结果异常率82%(41/50)。表现皮层、脊髓刺激MEP潜伏期延迟、波形分化欠佳,部分伴有CMCT异常。MEP异常率与病程长短呈正相关;空腹血糖水平对MEP结果无明显影响。结论MEP证实DM患者的锥体束功能及神经根、周围神经均存在明显异常。MEP结合ENG、SEP等可对DM的神经系统功能提供全面客观指标。
Since the discussion of diabetic (DM) motor nerve center and nerve root, peripheral nerve function. Methods 50 cases of DM were observed by transthoracic electromyography (MEP). Results Abnormal rate of 82% (41/50). The performance of the cortex, spinal cord stimulation MEP delayed latency, poor waveform differentiation, some accompanied by abnormal CMCT. MEP abnormal rate and duration of the disease was positively correlated; fasting blood glucose levels had no significant effect on the MEP results. Conclusions MEP confirms that pyramidal tract function, nerve root and peripheral nerve in DM patients are obviously abnormal. MEP combined with ENG, SEP, etc. can provide comprehensive and objective indicators of the nervous system function of DM.
