目前,我国足球后备人才的培养主要来源于两条途径,一是各级各类足球学校,二是各足球俱乐部的梯队。而目前这两种形式都存在着一些问题,严重制约了其正常的运转,足球学校大量倒闭,俱乐部梯队建设严重不足,从而相应造成其输送足球后备人才的不足。本文通过分析出现这种局面的原因,并借鉴西方足球发达国家和日韩等国家的先进经验,认为我国应建立以学校足球为主,以完善的俱乐部梯队和足球学校等模式为辅的足球后备人才培养体系,只有这样,中国足球才能可持续的健康的发展。
At present, the cultivation of China’s soccer reserve talents comes mainly from two channels, one is all kinds of football schools at all levels and the other is the echelon of the football clubs.
