通过回弹法研究了基于不同影响因素下的现代混凝土抗压强度、回弹值随龄期发展的演变规律,建立了现代混凝土抗压强度与回弹值的定量关系。结果表明:养护方法、混凝土表面湿度以及粗骨料粒径对现代混凝土表层硬度有一定的影响。标准养护下现代混凝土表层硬度大于相同龄期的自然养护;随着试块表面湿度的增加,表层硬度在减小但减小幅度在降低;随着粗骨料粒径的增加,混凝土表层硬度和强度值增大;基于粗骨料不同粒径建立的回弹测强曲线满足地区测强曲线误差要求。这对控制工程质量、防范工程事故、准确评价工程的质量具有重要的现实意义和工程实用价值。
Through the rebound method, the compressive strength and rebound value of modern concrete under different influence factors were studied. The quantitative relationship between compressive strength and rebound value of modern concrete was established. The results show that curing method, concrete surface humidity and coarse aggregate particle size have a certain impact on the surface hardness of modern concrete. Under the standard curing condition, the surface hardness of modern concrete is higher than that of natural conservation at the same age. With the increase of humidity on the test surface, the hardness of the surface decreases but the decrease decreases. With the increase of coarse aggregate size, The strength value increases; the rebound strength curve established based on the different particle size of the coarse aggregate meets the requirement of regional strength curve error. This has important practical significance and engineering practical value for controlling the project quality, preventing engineering accidents and accurately evaluating the project quality.
