运用社会调查法、因素分析法,对影响我国实行足球裁判职业化的主要因素进行了分析,结果表明:现阶段我国实行足球裁判职业化主要受足球裁判队伍基础建设与发展、国家足球发展的综合水平、足球管理部门对实行足球裁判职业化的认识、关注与支持、裁判员职业保障体系的建立和完善、社会关注与舆论宣传等外部监督环境、足球发展环境等主要因素的影响。基于结论提出了对我国足球裁判职业化发展的建议。 Using social survey and factor analysis, the author analyzes the main factors affecting the professionalization of football referees in our country. The results show that the professionalization of football referees in our country is mainly affected by the construction and development of football referees and the development of national football Level and the influence of football administrations on the implementation of the professional judgment of football referees, the concern and support, the establishment and improvement of the occupational safety and security system of referees, the external supervision environment such as social concern and public opinion propaganda, and the development environment of football. Based on the conclusion, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the professional development of our football referees.
