目的观察pH值对次氯酸钠消毒液杀菌效果的影响。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,观察pH值对次氯酸钠消毒液杀菌效果的影响。结果次氯酸钠消毒液pH值在5~12范围内,用有效氯100 mg/L作用10 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌杀灭率达到100%,pH值≥11对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率下降。次氯酸钠消毒液pH值在5~12范围内,用有效氯200 mg/L作用10 min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌杀灭率均为100%。次氯酸钠消毒液pH值在5~9范围内,用有效氯500 mg/L作用60 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率均为100%,pH值≥11,其杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢效果下降。结论次氯酸钠消毒液pH值在9以下对细菌杀灭效果影响不明显,而pH值≥11其杀菌效果有所下降,使用中建议将pH值范围设定在7~9为宜。
Objective To observe the effect of pH on bactericidal effect of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. Methods The quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe the effect of pH on the bactericidal effect of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. Results The pH value of sodium hypochlorite disinfection solution was in the range of 5 ~ 12. The killing rate of Escherichia coli in the suspension reached 100% with the effective chlorine of 100 mg / L for 10 min, and the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus decreased . Sodium hypochlorite solution pH value in the range of 5 to 12, with available chlorine 200 mg / L for 10 min, the suspension of P. aeruginosa and Candida albicans kill rate was 100%. Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant pH value in the range of 5 to 9, with available chlorine 500 mg / L for 60 min, the suspension Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores kill rate of 100%, pH ≥ 11, which kill dead grass Bacillus black variant spore effect decreased. Conclusion The pH value of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant has little effect on the killing effect of bacteria under the pH value of 9, while the bactericidal effect of pH value of sodium hypochlorite more than 11 has been reduced. It is advisable to set the pH range between 7 and 9 in use.
