为监测种植体周围的组织状况,从而更好地对种植体进行维护,作者用临床、生化和微生物学方法,对16例患者的12个一阶段式种植体和22个二阶段式种植体的周围组织状况进行了回顾性研究。结果:一阶段式种植体周围组织的各项临床指标、螺旋体比例及检出率均显著高于二阶段式种植体;两种类型种植体的龈沟液量及其中天冬氨酸转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶水平无明显差异;螺旋体检出阳性位点的炎症程度显著高于阴性位点。表明菌斑的堆积及牙周致病菌的存在与种植体周围组织的炎症有一定相关性。结果提示,菌斑控制及定期复查在种植体的维护中很重要。
To monitor the condition of the tissue surrounding the implants to better maintain the implants, the authors used clinical, biochemical and microbiological methods to evaluate the effects of 12 first-stage implants and 22 second-stage implants on 16 patients The surrounding tissue was reviewed retrospectively.
