淋病是由淋病双球菌引起的一种性传播疾病(STD) ,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势 ,占常见性病的 80 %左右[1] 。但儿童淋球菌感染还未引起人们的足够重视。现将我院 4年来接诊的 16例女童疑为淋球菌感染者的阴道分泌物涂片、分离培养的结果报道如下。1　临床资料1.1　一般资料 :本组病 Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae and its incidence has been increasing year by year, accounting for about 80% of common venereal diseases [1].
