为了提高张力控制精度,设计了一种冷连轧机架间张力模糊控制器。控制器根据机架间张力偏差、下游机架单位宽度轧制力、出口机架速度和上游机架速度修正值,按照所建的模糊控制规则库,调整下游机架辊缝修正量和上下游机架速度修正量,从而实现机架间带钢张力控制功能。控制器在冷连轧生产线成功应用后,机架间张力控制稳定、精确,响应速度快,相对于经典的PID控制,减少了由安全因素而引起的人工干预调整,完全满足生产需要。
In order to improve the precision of tension control, a tension fuzzy controller for cold tandem rolling mill was designed. The controller adjusts the correction value of the roll stand gap of the downstream machine frame and the upper and lower reaches according to the tension deviation between the machine frame, the rolling force per unit width of the lower machine frame, the outlet rack speed and the upstream machine speed correction value Rack speed correction, in order to achieve the strip tension control between the rack function. After the controller is successfully applied in the tandem cold rolling line, the tension control between the stands is stable, accurate and fast. Compared with the classical PID control, the controller reduces the manual intervention adjustment caused by the safety factor and meets the production needs completely.
